Al Lawrence's Brad Ryan Completes IM Lake Placid

Al Lawrence Running Club member Brad Ryan was one of two Houstonians and 40 Texans to finish Ironman Lake Placid on Sunday, July 20.

Ryan covered the course in 14 hours, 57 minutes and 29 seconds. He swam 2.4 miles in 1:13:39, biked 112 miles in 7:19:24 and finished the marathon in 6:06:09.
