Power In Motion Still On September 17th!

The second week of the Fall session of Power In Motion will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday evening, September 17, in Memorial Park -- just to spite Ike!

If you're able to make it to the Park this evening to participate, please do so safely.

"I made it down to Memorial Park yesterday," said Rita, a member of the Gu's, in the Power In Motion forums. "There are quite a few trees down, but the park is open and they have done a great job of clearing the path."

Former PIM co-director Tom Radosevich ran the Park this morning and reported via e-mail that he was "sad to see too many downed giants."

The HARRA Board and the leadership of Power In Motion hopes that all runners have power, water and have come through the storm with little damage.
