Run to Cure Huntington's Disease 5K Postponed

Saturday's 7th annual Huntington's Disease Society of America Run to Cure HD 5K at Oyster Creek Park in Sugar Land has been postponed due to Hurricane Ike.

"We are in the process of trying to reschedule the event, and will post information on the website as soon as we have any updates. Thank you for your continued support," the event said.

Contacted by e-mail, race officials elaborated today that they are exploring multiple date options in either October or November.
