Memorial Park Conservancy Hosts 10/4 Park Work Day

Join Memorial Park Conservancy, Houston Parks & Recreation Department, 002 Magazine, and other volunteers for another "Green Work Party" this Saturday, October 4, from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., at Picnic Loop Lane.

Look for the Conservancy's white tent and banner. Please wear appropriate work clothes, long-sleeved shirts, closed-toe shoes (no flip-flops, please) and gloves. Help collect and carry brush and debris along the Picnic Loop to the roadside for easier HPARD pickup. Bring your own insect repellent and water.
