Board meeting minutes from April meeting were corrected and approved.

Membership Report from Annie Hadow: currently 1515 members vs 1854 at this time last year. Renewal cards sent out in April. Response to them was strong.

Road Race Management Report from Camille via e-mail.... Spring Series completed. Around 70 participants earned a Spring Challenge mug. Dates for the Fall Series Races were given. Refer to her report of 5-18-01 for further information.

Treasurers Report from Chuck Cofer via e-mail. Reported a negative $680.00. The final Bayou City 10K contribution was received. Refer to his report for further information.

Kids Fun Run Report from Nancy Kral via e-mail. Most of the committees are in place. A seperate listing of chidren's races is being looked into to add to the HARRA web-site. Refer to her report for further information.

HARRA Spring Banquet Report from Liz Bearman. Banquet will be June 16,2001 at the Garden in the Heights. Flyers were mailed out to members.

HARRA Board Elections for the year 2001/2002 . Election ballots were mailed out with the Banquet Flyers.

VVIP Awards budget request from Rosemary Franklin. Rosemary made a request for money to be alloted to these awards. Refer to her handout. This was approved. $250.00 each Grand Award = $500.00. 20 Membership awards @ $25.00 = $500.00.
