MINUTES FROM THE
DECEMBER 14, 2009
The meeting was held at Star Pizza, 77 Harvard.
The following people were in attendance: Jen Brown, Roger Boak, Gabriel Rodriguez, Jay Hendrickson, Mark Fraser, Terry Johnson, Audrey Christiansen, Ron Morgan, Helen Grant, JoAnn Luco, Tom McBrayer, and Annie Hadow.
Ron called the meeting to order at 6:15.
Gabriel presented an e-newsletter he has been testing using Constant Contact. There is a $30 per month charge to use Constant Contact. Ron moved that we begin using Constant Contact in 2010. Helen seconded. The Board approved.
Ron announced that he would send out an e-mail recruiting volunteers to work at the HARRA / Bayou City Classic Booth at the Marathon Expo in the coming weeks.
Attendees enjoyed pizza and conversation about 2010 plans and events. Ron adjourned the meeting at 7:45.
