Power in Motion

HARRA's Power In Motion (PIM) program is a 10 week, adult, 5K running clinic for new and intermediate runners. It offers guidance, support, encouragement, training tips and a comprehensive training regimen for individuals wishing to improve their running ability. See registration for more details.

The Fall 2011 program starts Wednesday August 31, 2011 at 6:30 pm in the evening.
